For orders outside Canada and the United States
Note that it is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the product can be legally imported into the country of destination. The buyer is also required to pay import taxes, customs duties and any other costs relating to the transaction. Equilibre performance Nutrition is not responsible for additional delays due to customs clearance procedures and is not responsible for products refused by the destination country. Contact your local customs office for more information before ordering.
International orders are final sales. All correspondence with customers outside of Canada will be made by email only.
Delivery is subject to charges for all online orders below $ 100 after discounts and before taxes (certain conditions apply). The delivery costs are calculated according to your delivery address and the weight of your package. If the weight of the latter exceeds 5kg, additional charges may apply.
Additional fees apply and vary depending on the weight of the order and the more distant region.

To know the delivery cost specific to your address, add the products you want to order to your basket. Click on the basket icon at the top right to display your basket. In the "Estimated delivery charges and taxes" section, enter the country, province and postal code of delivery and press the "Get an estimate" button.
Equilibre Performance Nutrition offers FREE DELIVERY on all online orders of $ 100 or more, after discounts and before taxes, and not exceeding 5kg, and meeting the conditions below: Free delivery applies only to regions close to major centers in Quebec and Ontario being offered the basic delivery fee of $ 8.99; Remote regions of Quebec, Ontario, as well as all other provinces and territories will be offered a discount of $ 8.99 on their delivery cost.
Please allow 1 to 2 working days for the preparation of your order.
Delivery times are normally 1 to 5 working days. Please note that a shipment confirmation email will be sent to you when Equilibre Performance Nutrition ships your package. This email will display the tracking code allowing you to track your package on the Canada Post website.
In remote areas, additional delivery times may be added. You can track your package at any time on the Canada Post website.
In the event of a Canada Post strike lasting more than 24 business hours, our customer service will contact you to determine the delivery method most suitable for you.
Equilibre Performance Nutrition gives itself the right to refuse all high volume retail transactions in order to preserve the health and well being of consumers, as well as the resale of goods. Wholesale sales must be made in direct contact with the company.
Out of Stock
It is not possible to order a product if it is out of stock. All accepted orders are therefore for products that we can deliver to you on time, unless there are unforeseeable events.
