Active Flavor rice cream is often used by many athletes for its fast and easily digestible carbohydrate intake. This rice cream is made from 100% finely ground rice to obtain a fine gluten-free flour. Stevia and natural flavors give a much appreciated sweet taste.
Directions: In a shaker, put 200ml of hot water with 1 scoop (45gr) of Active Flavor Cream of Rice, stir well for a few seconds and pour into a microwave-safe bowl for approx. 50 seconds. Repeat until desired texture. It can also be consumed as a liquid drink and in your favorite recipes.
J'ai goûté à toutes les saveurs disponibles et mes préférées sont Vanille et Chocolat. La texture est parfaite, j'adore y ajouter un peu d'iso et de sirop sans sucre. Le goût est parfait et se digère très mieux. Ça vient maintenant remplacer mon gruau!
