D-ASPARTIC ACID

DAA is an amino acid that is naturally found in the male human body inside the testes, pituitary gland and pineal glands. D-Aspartic Acid supplementation increases natural testosterone production via the release of luteinizing hormone (LH) and follicle stimulating hormone (FSH). LH and FSH stimulate testosterone production in the testicles. DAA supplementation is particularly beneficial to older men since testosterone levels naturally start to decline after the age of 30 which can lead to a reduced libido, elevated body fat levels, a diminished recovery rate, and reduced capability to build muscle. DAA supplements are not just for older men though. DAA supplementation is a safe option for men of all ages who are trying to optimize their energy and testosterone levels, to improve strength and body composition and/or to build muscle.

EURYCOMA LONGIFOLIA “LONG

 JACK”

Tongkat Ali Is a tall, slender, evergreen shrub-tree commonly found in Southeast Asia. Malaysian men claim that tea made from this plant improves their sexual abilities and virility. The root and bark of Eurycoma longifolia are used for treating erectile dysfunction (ED), increasing sexual desire, treating male infertility, boosting athletic performance, body building and reducing body fat.

TONGKAT ALI AND TESTOSTERONE

Traditionally, Tongkat Ali root was used as an aphrodisiac and remedy for age-related sexual disorders and symptoms of andropause. The root contains compounds that have repeatedly been shown in animal studies to stimulate libido, promote semen quality, and even support muscle growth.
These effects have largely been attributed to testosterone increase.

CORDYCEPS SINENSIS

Some studies suggest that consuming cordyceps benefits immune function and can help optimize the health of the cardiovascular, respiratory, endocrine and reproductive systems. This is because they contain anti-inflammatory compounds like polysaccharides, modified nucleosides and cyclosporine. Cordyceps are rich in antioxidants that can help fight free radical damage prevent oxidative stress and help slow the signs of aging to optimize your health. Although research shows that it can boost brain function, enhance memory and even extend longevity.
For example, one animal model described in the Phytotherapy Research journal showed that taking cordyceps extract increased the activity of antioxidants like superoxide dismutase and glutathione peroxidase in the blood. Not only that, but it also helped boost brain power and enhance sexual function in aging rats. A 2010 study published in the Journal of Alternative and Complementary Medicine demonstrated that supplementation with Cordyceps sinensis improved exercise performance and contributed to overall markers of wellness in older adults. Considered an energizing adaptogen like other superfood herbs such as maca cordyceps are often used to help fight fatigue, treat muscle aches and prevent weakness.

Several studies suggest that cordyceps can boost athletic performance, improve physical abilities, endurance and stamina, partially because they boost the body’s supply of ATP, one of the primary sources of energy during effort.

MACA ROOTS EXTRACT

Maca has been heavily marketed as being effective at improving sexual desire, and this claim is backed by research. A review from 2010 that included four randomized clinical studies with a total of 131 participants found evidence that maca improves sexual desire after at least six weeks of ingestion. When it comes to male fertility, sperm quality and quantity is very important. There is some evidence that maca root increases men’s fertility. A recent review summarized the findings of five small studies. It showed that maca improved semen quality in both infertile and healthy men. One of the studies reviewed included nine healthy men. After consuming maca for four months, researchers detected an increase in the volume, count and motility of sperm.

SHILAJIT

Shilajit has been classified as an adaptogen, which means it helps the body adapt to both internal and external stressors. It has been used for thousands of years to fight stress and fatigue while rejuvenating and regenerating tired cells. Shilajit works by increasing the production of the body’s primary fuel supply, adenosine triphosphate (ATP). This energy supply is made by the mitochondria in every cell as they convert food into ATP or energy. As we age, the mitochondria make less and less ATP. The mitochondria manufacture about 95% of the cellular energy of the body, which dramatically reduces with age. The mitochondria are responsible for muscle strength, hormonal energy and, as it turns out, shilajit is a powerhouse for mitochondrial energy, along with an enzyme called CoQ10. Shilajit alone has been shown to activate, stabilize and revitalize CoQ10, making it more available to boost mitochondrial energy production. Acetylcholine is a neurotransmitter that is critical for brain function, memory and attention. Stress and aging decrease levels of acetylcholine, and shilajit has been found to inhibit the enzyme that breaks down acetylcholine.
